Synopsis

Have you ever felt like the world would be a better place if certain people weren?t around? Such grim daydreams might occur when watching the dismal daily news, but on one fateful day, Yagami Light finds that these daydreams can become reality. By pure happenstance, he comes across a black notebook entitled "Death Note", whose text within states that whoever's name is written on its pages will die. With the aid of the death god Ryuk, Light takes it upon himself to rid the world of its corruption, ushering in a new era of purity one death at a time. But as Ryuk foretells, Light's actions will not go unchallenged...

I am a big fan of most animes, and i love a good story either way, i just feel this ended a bit dull compared to the other episodes. and L R.I.P XD he was a great character and a very good guy =P you would be lucky to have a friend like him, you may always be wrong or not understand him, but when would you have the time to be bored? with Ryuk telling the story of Light "Kira" but i would like to see what has happened to the world, if they still do good even though he is dead, do they still think crime is wrong and just don't do it as "Kira" wanted? thats what i want to know.

i loved this anime! it has a great animation style and an incredible,twisted plot filled with betrayal, death, love, revenge and deceit. it keeps your attention right to the last episode i HIGHLY reccommend it!
