Synopsis
Base on the adaptation from (K-ON!)The story follows four girls who try to rescue their high school's light music club, even though they are all novices who cannot play instruments or read music.

It's not often that an anime like this comes along. Practically everything about this anime except the artwork is absolutely the best. The characters give you a lot to like about them, despite all their quirks. In fact, it's their quirkyness that makes them so endearing. From Sawako's dress-up fetish to Tsumugi's belief about Mio and Ritsu to Asuza, each one of them is endearing. Plotwise, there was nothing I found hard to swallow, other than Sawako being able to make so many costumes in a short time (she comes in with some lavish costumes sometimes.) Lovedol ~Lovely Idol~If you like either one of these animes then you'll love the other one. After all both animes is about a group of friends who work towards their music related goals. K-ON! is more of a slice of life since most people can join a music club but Lovedol is more about becoming famous and what it takes to get there. With many similarities, I strongly recommend people to give these two animes a chance. ^_^
